Yes. When you call or email you will talk to a real person in our office in Johnston. However, we will only be able to make changes during our regular office hours; Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
What does your website design process look like?
The first step is figuring out what you are looking for. What type of website are you imagining for your business? Maybe there are other websites that you like the look of so we can get a better understanding of your design preferences. We’ll plan out how many pages your site needs and what kind of information will go on each site. Then we’ll start with designing. After you’re happy with the finished look your site is ready to launch.
How soon can my site go live?
Generally we can get a site started and launched with as little as 2 weeks.
How much content will you need from me for website creation?
If you already have photos and text from existing content, great! You can send us that and we can use what you have. Otherwise, we can use stock photos or generic copy tweaked to your business. If you’re looking for more in depth content - think photography or a multi paragraph ‘about us’ section - we can send our team to you for an extra cost.
I don’t have a logo, can you create one for me?
Yes. We can do a simple generic one at no cost or if you want something custom we can work together to decide on a price and design.
How about custom graphics for my site?
Yes. Let us know what you want and our creative service team can put together some ideas for you along with a quote. We can do logos, brochures, advertisements, marketing materials, just let us know.
How much time you need from me for site creation?
Not much but it really depends how much you want to be involved. We’ll send you the site and from there we’ll go back and forth making tweaks until you’re happy with the finished product.
Are there hidden fees that will pop up each month?
Nope. We charge you a one time initial set up fee and then $79 each month after. We do offer ad ons. Branding materials, an e-commerce site, photography or extensive website copy.
I already have a website but I really need a new updated design, can you work with that?
We do have to re-build the new site with our programs but as long as you have full rights to all content and photos you currently use then yes. This will provide for a much quicker turnaround time.
What do you do for SEO and how does it work?
SEO, or search engine optimization, is the process of improving the visibility of a website or web page in a search engine’s “natural” or un-paid search results. We will make necessary modifications to your site for search engines to crawl, index, and understand the content of your website.
How many pages can I have on my site?
Up to 5 pages are included. Each page after is a one time fee of $75.
Can I tie my social media accounts into my website?
Yes. You can add your Facebook, Twitter and youtube feeds directly on your site so visitors can see it in real time.
We can also link your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, Pinterest, Google and Youtube accounts to your site so visitors can view those with one click.
I want to sell products directly from my site, is that possible?
Yes. There is an additional fee for an e-commerce site. Please send us a message and we would be happy to discuss your needs to give you a more accurate quote.
How about a blog?
We encourage you to link a blog to your site. Adding fresh content will make your site rank higher in search engines.
Do you provide analytics for website traffic?
Yes. We track basic traffic for your site. If you’re looking for more analytics, we can sync your website with Google Analytics which is quick and free.

We own the site but you still have full ownership of the contents including all text and photos you supply. You own your domain.
